The El Cariso Golf Course

A Los Angeles County Property

The county-funded job consisted of remodeling the golf course, which included replacing rotted posts, beams and reconfiguring electric. It also entailed building large custom saddles, retofitting sections with heavy duty iron posts, roofing, installing metal fascia covers and paint.

San Fernando Facelift

The job consisted of remodeling a 1920’s Spanish-style home, adding both beauty and function. CTC Design & Build removed the front window, designed and built the entryway and carport as if it was there from day one, complimenting the home.

Kitchen Transformation

CTC updated the original  1970’s LA kitchen with new cabinets, recessed lighting, new outlets, paint, copper plumbing, quartz countertop & backsplash, center island, tile floor, smooth ceiling and much more!

CTC constructed a beautiful custom redwood fence, gate and lights.

Reseda Kitchen Remodel

Function and Beauty!  The Before, During and After Transformation. CTC added new lighting, new outlets, new flooring, new (and way more) cabinets, quartz countertops, large island with electric, stainless sink, faucets, paint and more!!

ADU (Guest House) in Woodland Hills

The job consisted of converting a 1970’s carport into a custom 500 square foot one bedroom Accessory Dwelling Unit (“ADU”) with its own street address.  CTC Design & Build completed the entire job, from start-to-finish.

Concrete in the Antelope Valley

CTC prepped, then poured a massive pad, which included a driveway, walksways and RV parking.
