CTC is a versatile hands-on company, installing soft-story retrofits to paving stones.  We build ADUs (Accessory Dwelling Units), garage conversions, guest houses, home additions and new roofs as well as kitchen and bath remodels, concrete and swimming pools.  CTC also does foundation work, builds carports, paints, applies exterior coating, stucco, plumbing - you name it!  And we’ll pull all the permits, while working with the finest engineers, architects and designers at discounted rates - with the savings passed onto our customers.   

CTC Design & Build is licensed, bonded, insured and competitively priced.  Our company is owner-operated, hands-on and with very little overhead - unlike most of the competition.
